Carl was my cousin We last saw each other at Mildreds funeral and would share Christmas cards once a year. Growing up we saw each other more but I married and moved out west in 1966. We would talk on the phone every few years but had lost touch with family. We live in AZ in the winter and CO in the summer. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to Lisa and the family. I had the pleasure of working with Carlton (affectionately known as Sparky) for many years at the City. He was so kind and pleasant and had a smile for everyone. He will be missed.

Carl was a wonderful man. I would always call him and ask him how he was. His response was “ I’m blessed and yourself?” He will be missed dearly.
