Obituary of Donna Lynne Schoenacker

WATERLOO/SCOTTSVILLE - Donna Lynne (Kidd) Schoenacker, 73, of Ashville, NY, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday (January 31, 2023). Predeceased by her parents, Don and Ina Kidd. Survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Frank; sons Kevin (Khim) and Steven (Amanda); grandchildren; Stellah, Jude and Julian; sister Carol (Brent) Gibbs along with nieces, nephews, and cousins. Donna was born and raised in Waterloo, where she attended school and graduated in 1967. Donna attended SUNY Delhi after high school and graduated in 1969. After graduating from college, she relocated to Rochester and began working for Eastman Kodak in 1970. Donna later relocated to Scottsville, where she worked as the Secretary and Treasurer of Union Presbyterian Church for many years. In 2013, Donna and Frank retired to Chautauqua Lake. Donna devoted her life to her loved ones. She also enjoyed gardening, baking pies, and traveling during her spare time. Friends and Family are welcome to attend the burial service at Maple Grove Cemetery, Stark St., Waterloo, NY on Friday (May 5) at 11am. The memorial service with reception to follow at Union Presbyterian Church, Browns Ave, Scottsville, NY on Saturday (May 6) at 2 pm.
