Obituary of Karen Alice Gaul

FAYETTE – Karen A. Gaul, 80, of Fayette, NY, passed away Wednesday (November 9, 2022) at Living Center North at Geneva. In keeping with Karen's wishes, there will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be 12:00 P.M. Thursday (November 17) at West Fayette Cemetery, Fayette, NY. Rev. Leah Ntuala, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church in Seneca Falls, will officiate. Karen was born June 27, 1942, in Waterloo, NY, the daughter of Rudolph A. and Dorothy L. Haust Gaul. She was a 1960 graduate of Romulus Central High School. Karen was employed with the Romulus Central School District from 1964 to 2004 as a bus monitor and later, as a bus driver. She was a former member for the Varick Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. She is survived by her sister Wanda D. Gaul of Fayette, NY. Karen was predeceased by her parents; and brothers, Lee Gaul and Thomas Gaul.
