Obituary of Michael Steven Stanzak

WATERLOO – Michael S. Stanzak, 58, of Waterloo, NY, peacefully passed away Tuesday (August 3, 2021) with his loving family by his side. In keeping with Mike's wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Male Breast Cancer Coalition, 55 Grove Ave., East Hanover, NJ, 17936. Mike was born June 20, 1963, in Auburn, NY, the son of Wells S. and Phyllis M. Keenly Stanzak. He was a graduate of South Seneca School District. Mike was employed over 20 years at Seneca Foods in Geneva, NY. He enjoyed drawing and sketching. Mike also enjoyed doing 3-D printing. One of his favorite past times was playing World of Warcraft. He is survived by his wife Susan L. Stanzak of Waterloo, NY; son Steven (Keith Turpin) Stanzak of Bargersville, IN; daughter Kathryn Stanzak of Waterloo, NY; stepson Kenneth (Samantha) Young of Romulus, NY; grandchildren Kaleb, Allie, Zefram, and Ada; father and stepmother Wells (Judy) Stanzak of Polk City, FL; stepfather Donald Chaffee, Sr. of Rome, NY; siblings Lynn (Michael) Koenig of Rome, NY, James Stanzak of Lakeland, FL, Jody (Randy) Patterson of Summerville, SC, and Donald (Carrie) Chaffee of Rome, NY; many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and special canine companions Mulligan, Maycee, and Marlee.
