Waterloo - Jason Allen Cuffe, 34, died unexpectedly Thursday (May 2, 2013) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester surrounded by all of his family.
Friends may call on Monday (May 6, 2013) from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday (May 7) from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Coe-Genung Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (May 7) at the funeral home. Rev. Ellen Donnan, pastor of Junius Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Waterloo.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to an organization of one's choice.
Jason was born January 13, 1979 in Auburn, the son of Barbara Cuffe. He was a graduate of Romulus Central School. He worked as a customer service associate at Walmart in Waterloo. He enjoyed playing cards, bingo, baseball, and pro-wrestling. He loved to write and co-authored "The Boys From Fullerton" with his brother Mike. He was a Hot Wheels collector always in search of the great Treasure Hunt.
He is survived by his fiance: Rachel Green, daughter: Alannah Grace Catherine Cuffe, Son: Daniel James Harrington, mother: Barbara Cuffe of Seneca Falls, Brothers: Roy Cuffe (Nicole Dyson) of Romulus, Michael (Tina) Pagano, Jason (Alicia) Carnicelli, Matthew (Danielle) Burlew, and Ray (Heather) Kriegelstein, Jr. all of Seneca Falls, Russel Wheeler of Bridgeport, "Hot Wheels" brother: Ron MacNeal of Canandaigua, Grandparents: Ralph (Martha) Cuffe of Seneca Falls, parents-in-law: Daniel (Valerie) Green of Waterloo, special aunt: Kay Griffith of Waterloo, several aunts, uncles, cousins, many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by one brother: Gregg Croft in Dec. 2003, and one uncle: William Cuffe in Oct. 2011.
