Obituary of Catherine Campbell

Waterloo - Catherine Isabelle Campbell, 76, died Monday (April 29, 2013) at Seneca Nursing And Rehabilitation Center in Waterloo. Friends may call on Friday (May 3, 2013) from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Coe-Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo. The memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday (May 3) at the funeral home. Rev. Thomas Easttey, pastor of Waterloo United Methodist Church, and Rev. Phil Tennies, assistant pastor of the church will co-officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Waterloo. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Waterloo United Methodist Church, 21 East William Street, Waterloo, 13165. Catherine was born March 13, 1937 in Phelps, the daughter of Ross and Ida Mae Bennett Cornell. She worked for Seneca Kraut. She loved embroidery and painting in her free time. She attended Waterloo United Methodist Church for many years. She is survived by four sons: Raymond M. (Madeline) Campbell, Paul (Michelle) Campbell, Steven Campbell all of Waterloo, and Dale (Donna) Campbell of Seneca Falls, one daughter: Terry (Larry) Custer of Waterloo, one brother: John Cornell of Clyde, two sisters: Ruth Shumaker of Clyde and Harriet Morgan of Farmington and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond W. Campbell in Dec., 2003 and one son: David Campbell in August 2004. COndolences may be left for the family at coegenungfuneralhome.com.
