To Jean, Bob,Roxanne, Rhonda, Celeste, Rick, Your father was like a second dad to us Brown kids as you were like our siblings. I loved and respected your dad and I know he is so well thought of throughout the community. He had a remarkable life and enjoyed his family like no other. Love you guys. I have to go out of town for work this weekend I so regret not being able to see you all please know that you’re in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry for your loss. Even though I knew Ralph for just a short time does seem like much longer. To me he was funny and made me laugh and I enjoyed his company. I will miss him
