Obituary of Rodney Keith Smith

Waterloo – Rodney K. Smith, 65, of Waterloo, died Sunday (April 1, 2018) at Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic, Clifton Springs, NY. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be at the convenience of the family at Sampson Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Varick, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Attn.: Memorial Processing, 1120 Goodman St., Rochester, NY, 14620. Rodney was born Sept. 28, 1952, the son of Edwin J. and Marilyn E. Mouriski Smith. He was a 1971 graduate of Romulus High School. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1972 to 1976. Rodney was employed many years with the Village of Waterloo. He is survived by his children, Andrea Smith and Brett Smith; mother, Marilyn E. Smith of Waterloo, NY; brothers, Edwin (Doris) Smith and Wesley (Joyce) Smith both of Waterloo, NY; sisters, Diane (Marvin Eastman) Terry of Lansing, NY and Donna (Kent) Morrell of Geneva, NY; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
