Obituary of David Richard Cooke

Waterloo – David R. Cooke, 54, of 907 Waterloo-Geneva Rd., Lot 16, died Wednesday (March 14, 2018) at Geneva General Hospital. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday (March 19) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday (March 20) at the funeral home. David was born Sept. 3, 1963, in Red Bank, NJ, the son of Gerard T. and Patricia A. Brothers Cooke. He worked at Spectrum Industries for SenecaCayuga ARC for a while. David was a former employee of the American Legion in Geneva. Recently David was employed at the Waterloo Library and Historical Society. He is survived by his wife, Sandra J. Cooke; son, Richard Cooke of VA; stepsons, Heath (Tanya) Malchoff and Jason (Erica) Malchoff both of Seneca Falls, NY; daughter, Joline (Shawn Graham) Malchoff of Waterloo, NY; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; brothers, Gerard (Beth) Cooke of Geneva, NY, Timothy (Joan) Cooke of Vine Grove, KY, and Daniel (Kelly) Cooke of Boundbrook, NJ; sisters, Deborah (David) Warren of Tampa, FL and Patricia (Frederick) Siegel of Waterloo, NY; many nieces and nephews.
