CANANDAIGUA – Simon Peter Gibbs, newborn son of Jeffrey T. and Stacey L. (Beasock) Gibbs, died Friday (February 2, 2018) at F. F. Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua, NY.
There will be no calling hours. The funeral mass will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday (Feb. 10) at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Canandaigua. Rev. Michael Costik, pastor, will officiate. The committal service will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday (Feb. 10) at St. Mary's Cemetery in Waterloo, N.Y. Rev. James Fennessy, pastor of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waterloo, will officiate.
Simon Peter is survived by his parents; paternal grandparents, Brent and Carol Gibbs of Seneca Falls, N.Y.; maternal grandparents, James and Patricia Beasock of Pittsburgh, Pa.; paternal great-grandmother, Ina Kidd of Seneca Falls, N.Y.; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
