Billy and Roxanne, So sorry to hear of your Dads passing. He was a great man...never forget how hard he worked at all the horse shows way back when to ensure us kids all had fun. He always had a special place in my heart. Daddy Flack, you will be missed, R.I.P.

I have lived across the street from Bill for almost 30 years...I remember when the house was brick and I remember when Rose and Roxanne would ride their horses through my backyard to get into the woods...Bill was a good neighbor and a wonderful guy...more than once he helped me clear fallen trees or huge branches in my yard...of course that was because he wanted the wood to sell in front of his house...but I think he would have done it anyway...at times when my lawn tractor had problems he cut the grass...I always walked across the street for his annual yard sale and he did the same to me...I remember him running out into the road to stop traffic once when there was an accident down the road...a great guy and a wonderful neighbor...I will miss you Bill... Charlie
