Obituary of James Gould

Seneca Falls - James E. Gould, 42, of 29 Miller St., died Thursday (January 8, 2015) at Geneva General Hospital in Geneva, with his family by his side. Friends may call 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.- 8 p.m. on Sunday (Jan. 11) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday (Jan. 12) at the funeral home. Rev. David Underwood, pastor of Waterloo Baptist Church, will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the organization of one's choice. James was born Nov. 15, 1972 in Clifton Springs, the son of Edward E. and Martha Smith Gould. He attended school in Seneca Falls. He was a lifelong resident of the Waterloo - Seneca Falls area. Jim was employed as a truck driver for various companies, the last being T & K Storage in Geneva. He was a volunteer baseball coach for fifteen years, in Waterloo. He also served as athletic director for Waterloo Football and coached Impact Football. One of Jim's favorite activities was fishing. The greatest joy of his life was his family. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Crystal Gould; sons, Christopher (Holley Barrett) Gould and Dillon Gould of Seneca Falls; daughter, Leah (Adam Reeder) Gould of Geneva; grandchildren, Skyler Gould, Kiersten Gould, Arabelle Westcott; mother, Martha Smith of Waterloo; brothers, Michael Gould of Seneca Falls and Brian LeFever of Waterloo; sister, Michelle Stoneburg of Auburn; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
