Obituary of Gregory Mitchell

Auburn - Gregory Keith Mitchell, 54, formerly of Waterloo, died Sunday (March 2, 2014) in Auburn. Friends may call from 1 p.m to 2 p.m. Friday (Mar. 7) at Coe-GenungFuneral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday (Mar. 7) at the funeral home. Spring burial will be in Fort Hill Cemetery in Auburn. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the organization of one's choice. Gregory was born Oct. 1, 1959, in Geneva, the son of Roy M. and Lillian E. Erway Mitchell. He was employed as a custodian and taxi driver. He is survived by brothers, Albert (Chris) Mitchell of Waterloo, Gerald (Ruth) Mitchell of Geneva, James Mitchell of Fulton, and Roy (Debbie) Mitchell of Penn.; sisters Bernice (DeWayne) Norsen and Gale (Fred) Ray both of S.C.; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, John and Daniel Mitchell; sisters, Barbara Rose and Sandy Goodier.
